The Putra Plantation Forum Series 4 was held on the 23 August 2016. Yang Berbahagia Datuk Dr. Abdul Aziz Shaik Abd. Kadir was the special guest speaker who presented a paper entitled “Natural Rubber Industry: Responding to Unprecedented Global Economic Turmoil” at the forum. Yang Berbahagia Datuk looked back at the history of the rubber industry of the country and provided strategic ideas for future sustainable development. Thirty-four participants from various outside agencies and 76 participants from UPM attended the forum held at the Agriculture Hall, Faculty of Agriculture, Universiti Putra Malaysia.
